Return Eligibility

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges, including Express Shipping fees, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, email support@nailphoria.com as soon as possible.
We’ll review the issue and help make it right with the appropriate replacement, refund, or other solution.
If the issue is confirmed to be on our side, NailPhoria will cover the related costs.
