I was really looking forward to this nail order, but unfortunately, I never received it. I’ve placed two previous orders with NailPhoria and had no issues—they arrived on time and were great. However, with this particular order, I reached out via email three times and never received a response or update. It’s disappointing not only to miss out on the product but also to experience a lack of customer service follow-up. I hope this can be addressed so other customers don’t run into the same issue.

How long do the nails last?
Depends on the type of adhesive used and how well you prep:
- With adhesive tabs (complimentary), the nails typically last up 3-7 days.
- With nail glue (complimentary), they can last up to 3-4 weeks with proper care.
To maximize durability, avoid prolonged exposure to water and harsh chemicals.
What comes with my purchase?

Are the nails customizable?
We do not offer custom sizes at the moment, but you can always file them down or use a blow dryer to gently heat them for easy shape adjustments.
